Our founder,was a die heart lover of soya chaap. but when he came to know that Soya chaap was prepared by people using their feet and in unhygienic conditions, exposing it to severe contamination and violating basic hygiene standards, posing serious health risks. He was disappointed, that’s when he decided to develop soya chaap equally good but in hygienic condition. And now here in MPRL Foods we are developing high quality soya chaap using soya chaap premix , in hygenic conditions.
In this fast moving world where the expenses are day by day inclining and time is reducing, it is a must for all the members of the family to work for living. Chef Dev Raj is an acclaimed culinary expert with over 15 years of experience, known for revolutionizing Indian cuisine through a unique blend of tradition, innovation, and wellness. As Executive Chef at Fusion Tadka LLC (USA), and former Head Chef at the Sports Authority of India, he combines authentic regional flavors with modern health-conscious techniques, including Ayurvedic principles and sports nutrition. A LIMCA Book of Records holder, Chef Dev has achieved remarkable feats such as preparing 2139 rice varieties in 5 hours and 720 types of Rasgulla, showcasing his creativity and dedication to culinary excellence. His academic contributions as an Assistant Professor at UITHM, Chandigarh University highlight his commitment to mentoring the next generation of chefs. Chef Dev’s philosophy centers on using food as a tool for nourishment and balance, integrating medicinal herbs and sustainable practices to enhance both flavor and well-being. He is also the author of The Book Chutney Chronicles, a tribute to India's rich culinary heritage.
